Wanted to try out a new burger place while out doing some errands in the area. Have never tried this establishment before and glad I did. I ordered the sunrise burger with a fried egg on top. The burger was assembled with presentation in mind. Everything turned out great. The sweet tea at the location was perfect!

Pet-friendly, chill, delicious food. I highly recommend the chili and swamp burger. Really liked the vanilla milkshake and the folks here are super friendly. Provided recommendations upon our order since we're new to the area and accommodated our puppy for us to dine inside. You're able to choose the done-ness of your burger patty and specify which toppings you'd like for your burger as well. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends in the area!
The food was ok. I spent $45 since there were a few things we wanted to try. I loved the totchos! We ordered the Oreo cheesecake milkshakes, which were somewhat runny and had too many Oreos. I had huge chunks of Oreos that settled at the bottom after a few minutes. The milkshakes were good just not the consistency I expected. It was like sucking up vomit through a straw. I ended up throwing mine away. Also, I had to ask for whip cream on the milkshakes after the waitress brought them out to our table and even that was somewhat runny. In all it was a nice atmosphere inside the restaurant as well as outside. We chose to eat outside since it was a beautiful day. I would go back only for the totchos though.
Came to M-Shack for some preholiday lunch. Immediately we were greeted by Wylie who was excited that we were matching his holiday mood with our hats. Our food was so good and exactly what we ordered. Royce and Jasper checked on us as we ate to be sure we didn’t need anything. All in all it was a great meal and atmosphere. 😊 As we left we waved goodbye to Wylie, the nicest human. Because of all this, we will be back more often.
Great burgers. The Asian Slaw burger was very flavorful and the burger was seasoned well. It was a good meal and we weren’t super stuffed afterwards.
Wylie took my order and he was very friendly and helpful. He went around to make sure my food was made properly and that I was happy with the quality. I would highly recommend coming here! Great food and even better service!!
Best experience i’ve ever had at M shack. The atmosphere was amazing, the servers kept checking on how we were doing, the chefs were enthusiastic and working amazing. Aslan told us we were the first to ever have the burger box and we were absolutely thrilled. He gave us one of the best services we’ve ever had and was so nice to us. We were happy to order first ever burger box and finish it inside the m shack. Thank you for your service, Aslan, and we will definitely be coming back!
Wylie is the bomb dot com! Super friendly and helpful! We happened to stay past closing and didn’t realize it and he was super nice and kind! He made our night! I highly recommend M shack town center! Great beer and amazing food!
Charlie & Jacob (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly, with the long hair) were so warm, sincere and welcoming! Truly a pleasure. So sad the location is closing! We will definitely follow to the Nocatee location!
