Best experience i’ve ever had at M shack. The atmosphere was amazing, the servers kept checking on how we were doing, the chefs were enthusiastic and working amazing. Aslan told us we were the first to ever have the burger box and we were absolutely thrilled. He gave us one of the best services we’ve ever had and was so nice to us. We were happy to order first ever burger box and finish it inside the m shack. Thank you for your service, Aslan, and we will definitely be coming back!

Aslan is the best character of all of the m shack soldiers. He is the reason my burger tasted so smooth and tendered. He is the reason my tummy feels full, happy, and wanting more. He is truly the best Aslan the best.

Wylie took my order and he was very friendly and helpful. He went around to make sure my food was made properly and that I was happy with the quality. I would highly recommend coming here! Great food and even better service!!

Charlie & Jacob (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly, with the long hair) were so warm, sincere and welcoming! Truly a pleasure. So sad the location is closing! We will definitely follow to the Nocatee location!

Our visit to M Shack was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The warmth and kindness of the staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as customers. Their genuine interest in getting to know us added a personal touch to the dining experience. Not only were the staff accommodating, but the service was also top-notch. We felt a sense of warmth and care that elevated our dining experience to something truly memorable. It's the perfect spot for delicious burgers and a welcoming ambiance!

Came to M-Shack for some preholiday lunch. Immediately we were greeted by Wylie who was excited that we were matching his holiday mood with our hats. Our food was so good and exactly what we ordered. Royce and Jasper checked on us as we ate to be sure we didn’t need anything. All in all it was a great meal and atmosphere. 😊 As we left we waved goodbye to Wylie, the nicest human. Because of all this, we will be back more often.

Unbelievable! We have never been to one before, and it did not disappoint. The place was packed. But it was fast, clean, fun and the food was incredible. We had a large group of teenage boys and they made sure they were taken care of.

Food was great. They were very accommodating. Wylie was our server and he was very nice, made conversation, and brought us our orders. Also checked in to see if we needed anything.

Wanted to try out a new burger place while out doing some errands in the area. Have never tried this establishment before and glad I did. I ordered the sunrise burger with a fried egg on top. The burger was assembled with presentation in mind. Everything turned out great. The sweet tea at the location was perfect!
