We have been coming to this location almost every Sunday for two years now and we couldn’t be happier with the service and food! Mrs Dawn in the front of the store will always greet you with you a smile and Chris is one of the best waiters we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting he provides excellent service with kindness and warmth. I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could 🤩!

I have only been to cracker barrel for brunch before and I was amazed at the reasonable prices for everything! The food was delicious and we had a great time. The chicken and dumplings was so good!

This is my favorite cracker barrel , the food is always really good compared to some other cracker barrels here in town . The waitresses are always kind and friendly to me and attentive to my needs . I'm talking about the cracker barrel off of JTB , keep up the good work !

Judith (server) from Baltimore was amazing from the time we sat down until the time we left. The food was hot, prepared just right and delicious! The glitter globe spritzer was amazing. If in the area again, I will definitely be going back to that location.

Never met a Cracker Barrel that we didn't like. Great food and service at this location.
Wanted something simple like Meatloaf and decided on CB. First the store in front is always great to spend some time looking at different things. We were seated right away and had a fantastic server Cassidy who by her apron is a long time employee with at least 4 🌟 on her apron but believe me she was 10 🌟's. Ordered drinks and Bill a cup of vegetable soup which came out hot and quickly. I ordered the meatloaf, potato casserole and green beans. Bill only wanted 2 pancakes with blueberry topping. Both meals came quickly and as ordered. No desert today but enjoyed our visit. Something you may not know is they now serve Beer, Wines and a Mimosa... Interesting.

Cracker barrel food is always good in my experience. This particular visit it was a tiny bit cold. It was probably because we had a lot of people in our party. But the service was amazing!! Nichole is who we will be requesting in the future! She was outstanding!! Thanks Nichole!! 🥰😍😊

This was at the Cracker Barrel off Turner Butler Blvd. Jacksonville Fl.
The food was fresh and good we had steak and sides (no eggs) temperature of the hashbrown casserole wasn't spot on but still acceptable. Our server was pleasant but didn't seem to be trained well thankfully the server close by was picking up her slack. We never saw a manager at all. We do appreciate the managers who make it their priority to check on the guests/patrons. I did choose 5 stars because overall it was a very pleasant meal.

Our server Shirley was outstanding. She was extremely busy with many tables yet she got everything right.
Food was served hot and timely. We had time so we shopped and found a cute owl. Fair price for big lunch.

This is the second year we have catered an event for our organization, next year will be the third, without hesitation!! Such a simple experience ordering and the delivery was smooth even though they came in the middle of rush hour. The food was excellent and such generous portions!! We were all sated with much left over. Thank you for making our events so enjoyable! We ordered from our favorite location which is the Lenoir Avenue location in Jacksonville, FL. Thank you Cracker Barrel Gang!
