I ordered 3 simple $5 boxes through the Taco Bell app. Not a single box was correct. Received two boxes and items thrown in a bag. The chalupas, Crunchwrap supreme and beef supreme burrito I was missing was replaced by a couple bean burritos and a soft taco that looked like it was stepped on. If the store had been busy I could maybe understand but they had no line in the drive through and maybe 2 people inside.

This is the 3rd time. The 2d time I spoke with their Regional Manager and he had his crew make me two bean burritos on the spot. Well, today I stopped by and this is what I got. This is supposed to be a bean burrito fresco style…. This is the 💩💩💩💩 this business sales the people. Completely disappointed at the entire staff and its leadership. Frankly, this is trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THEIR MAIN OFFICE.

I have ordered three days in a row since the Mexican pizza return, seems like the early crew don’t like making them. Where are the tomato’s??? Horrible! I will no longer go to this place. Very sloppy.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for your employees to fill an order that’s spelled out for them. I ordered on the app and took all of the guesswork out of it for your less than average employees. Shorted us a taco, shorted us all hot sauce ordered, and shorted us sour cream on 2 taco supremes. Nobody cares that your employees probably hate their jobs, bottom line is they chose to work there, so they need to do their job correctly. Trash.

Really the best (personal opinion) food you could ask for, easy on the stomach, easy on your next day. Best friendly, amazing, easy on the eyes, atmosphere, and wallet. Thanks guys and gals, at 1.30 am, after a concert, you are what it's all about.....

I will never eat from there again my husband got me nacho bell grande there was hardly any meat on it and the meat was cold i tryed calling 3 times to let the manager know so yeah need to teach employees to make food right.

They weren't busy at all. We went inside and ordered just 2 caramel apple Empanadas, nothing else. They said they didn't have any and then finally said they could make them for us but it would take 17 minutes...or we could simply take the cinnabons that they already had made up and sitting back there....17 minutes to heat up 2 premade pies??? Also, Almost every time we come here, they leave stuff out of our bag, they don't give napkins unless you ask for them.
