Customer service was plesant and kind. I enjoyed my food tremendously, I had the classic three pancakes eggs and bacon with a cold brew latte. The pancakes were light, eggs cooked perfect, and crispy bacon. The cold brew latte was crisp and tasted like fresh coffee. The hash was soft on the inside, crunchy on the out, will be back as soon as possible.
Whoever the idiot was a few years ago who made them spend millions of dollars renaming the chain to IHOB is probably waiting tables in Arkansas. IHOP is a great pancake place and they do have the best. They do serve many other items, but the place was full on a Friday late morning and everyone was ordering breakfast. My wife had eggs Benedict and she's very fussy. Many places overcook the eggs, but she said hers were just right. I had a pancake plate with eggs, sausage and home fries. It was all good. They also leave a coffee pot on the table so you don't have to wait for refills.
The customer services was excellent, the atmosphere is great . And food was nice !
Food was good. Pretty much standard with IHOP food.
It was early so it wasn't busy but it was clean and quiet.
It was our daughter's birthday and the server made her feel extra special with a plate that said happy birthday in syrup.
She was very sweet and very attentive to anything we needed by frequently checking in on our table.
We would return to this IHOP for sure.

It's been a while since we've visited an IHOP, mainly because there aren't any nearby where we live. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. The Eggs Benedict was fabulous and was garnished with some of the best Hollandaise sauce we've had anywhere. The service was some of the best I've had at any national restaurant chain in recent memory. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. The next time we're in Jacksonville, we'll be stopping here for a meal.

The food was delicious! Those strawberry cheesecake pancake tacos were amazing! It was a great choice for brunch!

The steak tips have a sweet marinade that reminds me of a sweet teriyaki sauce. But not salty. Verry tender when ordered medium. Can't put my tastebuds on it exactly.

I like pancakes and waffles there. And I even asked them to substitute strawberries with chocolate to make banana and chocolate pancakes for me, and they did. You can have other food, not only sweets. You can have different tastes of pancakes and sweet sandwiches.
