If you want to give a perfectly ran mcdonalds franchise operation. I have never been impressed before like this, I've never even taken photos of a fast food restaurant before until now because even the restroom was flawless. So, for the first time ever, im going to post a puc of the restroom as well. Never have i seen a restroom this clean, even with it being right after a recent rush or even when a mcdonalds has been slow the entire day.
Just like the restroom, the dining area was even more flawless. The customer service was even flawless the cash register worker even took the time to bring my food to my table. I've never had that happen before from a fast food restaurant. So kudos for going the extra mile.
The atmosphere for the mcdonalds here was flawless as well because as busy as it was especially with them being on what seemed to be a skeleton crew handling in house orders they were shooting out orders in incredible time. Usually, when there's a skeleton crew and it's busy on any end of the register, you can sense the tension not here.
The food was perfection at its greatest on every level from time of prepare recieving the meal the presentation was picture perfect and the quality of the #3 double quarter pounder with cheese meal was so good it made me envious.
The maintenance worker at 1165 Western blvd.. the girl.. she's incredible. I come in everyday and all I ever see is her working. She always has a smile, and you can tell she doesn't bring home to work. She's very hospitable, so sweet and extremely respectful. I wish every place had someone like her
Stopped in to hang out for awhile as I waited for tire service at Sam's. Shout out to the McD's staff who helped me. She went above & beyond. I got a mobile order & was there for almost an hour. She came to check on me several times to see if I needed anything! The only negative (minor) is there were no napkins or condiments with my order. Had to go up the counter and ask for them! Oh, and it's a super clean and bright and cheery atmosphere. And observed lotsa hardworking staff...not to mention great Christmas music playing!
This McDonalds is renewed, looks great, modern, clean, and they bring your food to your table. The play palace is new. They also have self serve kiosks.
The self check out menu did not work but the employees were nice and speedy. Got my pretty quickly
absolutely amazing staff. i have had my dog for almost 20 years and she was put down january 17th due to a sickness. everytime we go out in town she always gets a mcdonald’s chicken biscuit. i traveled everywhere looking for a mcdonald’s that would serve a chicken biscuit past the breakfast time. after being shot down at several locations, this mcdonald’s was the only one that would help me. Brandi and Morgan deserve a raise! they went out of their way to provide a mcchicken and a cheese burger, with no charge (as they bought it for me), they also provided a pup cup for her. Brandi and Morgan also showered my dog with lots of love and gave me words of comfort. these ladies made this day a little less hard, and I can not thank them enough.
Really great experience here today. Cleanly, employees are helpful, and the food was fantastic.

Love that they have a play place!
Food was fresh, high chairs were abundant and there were lots of seating options. Haven't stopped by anywhere with a play place in a long time so it was really nice that this McDonald's had theirs open. Cleanliness could improve.
This store was clean. The staff was very friendly! My food was hot and very good 👍
