Our family always enjoys eating at Cracker Barrel! My mother, daughter and myself absolutely love all things Christmas 🎄 when we saw the 7.5 foot white flock Christmas tree at the Cracker Barrel in Jacksonville NC we knew we HAD to have it!! Mrs. Patti was killing it on the sales floor that night and helping every customer with every need including us! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the items in the country store!! She was all ready when I came back for the tree the next day to the fullest, from undressing the entire tree, taking it apart and even helping me load it into the back of my jeep! Mrs Patti you are a super rockstar and Cracker Barrel is very lucky to have you 😘. Thank you again for everything and happy Holidays 🎄🥰

Fast and friendly service. Pancake Tacos, everyone should that. No disappointment. 11/2/2023 - Dinner service was excellent. I had the grilled chicken. She had the catfish. An order of chicken and dumplings is pictured. It normally isn't that lacking in flavor. As you can see in the pic, it required much salt and pepper for flavor.

From the time we walked in until the we left it was a great experience. Didn’t have to wait even though they were busy our waitress Rylnn was awesome the food was excellent. A very well run restaurant and everyone was so polite. The best Cracker Barrel we have been to

We stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. The service was excellent. Our server, Jackie, was fast and very nice.
The kind cashier, Helen, might be the nicest lady we’ve ever met!

It is a friendly, respectful, and good place to dine in and do related services. We like the food and beverages they serve. Though at times, you know when the very good chef is around or not coz some of our fave dishes were served and tasted differently from the times we had them. We still come back here because it's atmosphere feels like home as well and it's good to always be surrounded with happy and friendly faces

Food and service was great. But watching my dad teach my nephew to play checkers outside of your restaurant was priceless.

Came here expecting some decent food and that’s what I got. I ordered the fried pickles (amazing) with the Old Timers breakfast and was satisfied with the eggs and bacon. I got a side of grits that were pretty underwhelming. The atmosphere was comfy and the service was great.

Our server was really friendly and helpful. The food came out not long after ordering. I got the smoky southern grilled chicken with carrots and fried okra. The okra was ok, but the chicken and carrots were very good. Great flavor and tenderness with the chicken, and the carrots were really soft. Their corn bread here is ok, not the best but not bad.

We visited Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving as a last minute decision. We checked in on the website and was seated within 15 minutes. The food was great! Our server was super nice. We had never went out to dinner on Thanksgiving, but I would definitely recommend Cracker Barrel in the future for quality of food, service, and value!
