I am one of the most indecisive people out there. And she was soooo patient with me took about 20 minutes haha! And made the most wonderful waffle bowl and rocky road mix. I was very impressed. She even said they were done making the waffles cones bcs of closing. And went to the back just to make me one!! 😍😍 they were soo sweet! I will be back and recommending this place for sure!!

Went later on a Wednesday night, it was busy, but the staff was very good with apologizing for the wait, and I don't mind waiting. I've had this type of ice cream before so I knew what to expect but the list of flavors was awesome! The young man and woman working were super nice and helpful! He explained the entire menu and process to us and was very friendly! Will definitely be returning when he's working! Only thing I'd ask for is to stay better stocked on some things, they were out of strawberries, and most of the milks, but we did come later in the night so I can't be mad about it. Otherwise, no complaints! Ice cream was delicious, staff was very nice.

My family had already decided on what they wanted and ordered with the lady. I told the lady it would be a moment before I was ready for my order but she could start making the other orders, but she said she refused to make anything until I paid. I informed her that I didn't plan on running out the door after she made it and she still said she needed to be paid before she made anything. She mentioned the same thing two times after that. I informed her that I was not a thief. My oldest daughter told her that we would pay with a credit card and she still said that she wasn't going to make anything until she was paid. We sat down and waited at unclean, sticky tables, with debris all over the floor. While she made the ice cream, she constantly complained about how the owners are watching her every move from the cameras. She made us do everything in front of the cameras. We asked the employee about how the ice cream tasted and she said "I don't know, I've never had the ice cream." I wanted raspberry but she informed me that they were out. The fruit that I had selected, black cherries, was old and rotten. I got up to get a napkin to spit the rotten cherries out of my mouth and they had no napkins. The employee said "oh I guess we're out. I was not the one that closed the night before." She made no attempt to stock up the ONE napkin holder in the entire business. I asked her if I could have a napkin and she told me that she was not allowed to give out paper towels from the roll behind the counter. At this point, I threw out the rest of my ice cream and walked out. The ice cream that my family had was mediocre at best, but the waffle that we had was good. The serving sizes are large, but it doesn't matter because it was inedible. I do not recommend this place and the owners need to train their employees on proper customer service. Rudeness should never be tolerated.

It seems like a great concept but every selection we tried to make, they were out of. No honey, no almond milk, no coconut milk. And probably the slowest service I've ever experienced at an ice cream stop in town. There were only two people in front of us and it took literally 40 minutes to get our ice cream. I always root for places like this since we have so many mainstays like Rita's as their competition, but I don't see the place lasting very long, unfortunately. Not unless they get their ordering and service straight.

Loved the ice cream and some of the different flavors. Might be easier with a few less choices. I'd love to see homemade ice cream written larger outside. Only my daughter realized it was an ice cream parlor. I've been looking for a rolled ice cream store. The gelato was amazing!! My daughter loved the lavender espresso!! We're from out of town and happy to find this gem.

The single employee was so rude we were left speechless. She made rude comments about our flavor selections and toppings. After she smarted off to me about the selection of toppings, I attempted to order the topping and she said they were out. Finally, you get the pleasure of tipping before you actually receive your ice cream so I got conned into having to tip this rude employee. Oh, the ice cream tastes like cheap soft serve.
