Excellent Italian food! Always fresh and with generous portions. Outside seating is available, lately with enclosure and gas heater. Chicken Piccata has white lemon/caper sauce to die for. Salads are great too as are pizzas. Service is good from masked servers.

We really enjoyed our dinner tonight at Milano's, Lasagna was awesome, and the Chicken Marsala my husband had was great. The service can't be beat.

Visiting here to setup new hotel nearby. This place is awesome with both great food and service. We will highly recommend visitors from hotel to go there. I've already been 3 times. Keep up the great work.

The food is great. I especially like the Manicotti. A word of warning though; the portion size is gigantic. As an example the minestrone soup comes in what feels like a small serving bowl. It can fill three or four regular soup bowls. So my advice is either bring a group or split your meal in half and take the rest home.

Found this place on Google maps and it had good reviews so me and my friends decided to give it a try. We all had a good experience. The food was good and the portions were plentiful. The service was friendly and the prices were good for the portion sizes. I had Milano's Italian sausage and green peppers over penne pasta. When in Jacksonville Beach I would definitely come back.

Our server Erica was very helpful and friendly! The service was quick and accurate. The food was also DELICIOUS!! I got the chicken parmesan and loved it. The lunch special is a great deal. We will definitely be back!!
