I'm so disappointed. There are so many good reviews, but 3 out of 3 times that I ordered out, my order was screwed up. THE FOOD IS YUMMY, NO ARUGMENT, but I don't like the guessing game of what I am going to get.
First, it was giving me the wrong egg rolls. Then it was the Buddha Delight incident. This is a vegetable dish, at least the description, but I received something that had pork it in and vermicelli noodles, which is no where on the menu.
I called and told them what happened and they said they'd bring a replacement and take back the old one(ew) and they did... BUT IT WAS THE SAME WRONG ORDER AGAIN!!! I have pictures, you cannot pass off vermicelli noodles and pork as something else. The description does not match, it's false advertising. And it doesn't match any other description on the menu. Pork is not mushrooms, noodles are not bean sprouts or whatever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first meal from Hong Kong Express. Our experience was nothing like those described in the negatives reviews. The Shrimp Egg Rolls were probably the best I've ever had. The Hunan Shrimp was tasty with perfectly prepared vegetables. Highly recommend and we'll be returning for more great Chinese food in the near future!

Very happy with our first experience ordering takeout from Hong Kong Express on Main Street in Jackson! We ordered Hunan Shrimp and Hunan Beef and Cashew Chicken, plus egg rolls. This is our first time getting a spicy Cashew Chicken and it was wonderful! The food is very fresh and the vegetables are cooked perfectly - not overcooked!

Fast and easy online ordering. Food was ready quickly. Mongolian beef was not as expected and had 80% bamboo. Beef and broccoli was very salty. Lo mein noodles was bland. The orange chicken was not bad, but I've had better. Wouldn't order from again.
