Well gave a good review 3 months ago, but taking it back. Went to Taco bell/kfc, ordered 2 craving boxes and a chicken sandwich the order was taken at 8:33pm. didn't get my order until 9:05pm. There were plenty crew members doing nothing. The boy on the front line had to go back and finish my order while the crew in the back were to busy talking to get out of his way or to help. I was so disappointed. Sorry to the guy that had to hear how disappointed I was.

Not what I expected after visiting some of the fast food joints around here. The food was good it wasn't sub par. The customer service at the window could use some help with manners and polite nice or it would be 5* instead of 4*

Orders are hit or miss on whether you get all the food. I like Taco Bell but the one in Jackson needs a lot of work. Ordered 5 layers, got bean burritos. Same order, a couple crunchy tacos and doritos tacos tossed in the bottom of the bag with no cardboard on them so they were busted and had to be eaten with a fork. On top of them was a Mexican pizza that had the heaviest items on top so the pizza was smashed into the lid. Just a mess but if you call them they just tell you to drive all the way back with the food to have it replaced. Gas is too high for that right now. Wish they would improve but haven't seen it yet.

Our orders are never right, not one time have we recieved the right thing that we ordered. But it quick and cheap.... I guess you just get what you've paid for in this case!!

I worked for taco bell for 13 years. I always freak no matter where I am (I work on the road), taco bell is always a safe choice BUT this taco bell set me straight on that!! I got a nacho belgrande extra everything... The brand were hard as a rock and a solid form of the scoop they came out of, the tomatoes were nothing but skin and so tough, the nacho cheese tasted so old and a little burnt. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla with NO sauce but what do you know it had sauce and it might have been grilled for 10 seconds. No grill markings on the tortilla and the cheese still cold on the inside. When I pulled up to the window, the window itself was disgusting, and they were arguing so loud inside at each other about training that you could hear them outside. It was a horrible first time experience at this taco bell! So sad cuz I was so hungry!!! 😳😠🥺

Bought a KFC chicken sandwich (in Jackson) and bit into a huge bone. HOW does this happen? Had to wait in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes behind ONE car to receive a refund. I was offered another sandwich, that I politely declined. Smh

They need to change web site to slow fast food. Takes 15 to 20 minutes. They don't know how to multi task.

They were friendly but I ordered a chalupa and it was kind of hard, but I ate it. They didn't give napkins so make sure to ask for them. The prices have went up on everything.
