Ups has the worst customer service in the world!!!!!
Getting a text message saying we will deliver your package between 13:30 and 17:30, 12:00 I got a phone call about delivery, okay!
Ups always act like they are the customer and I have to adjust to them and not the other way around.

Your employee came to the parking lot and left without bringing the cargo to the door. it's impossible to understand. Urgent delivery package went without delivery.
