Poorly staffed during the 4th of July celebrations. Waited in line 20 minutes to order then waited another 35 minutes to get the four frosties we wanted. Found out by listening to staff that the frosty machine went down and they had to refill it but continued taking Frosty orders anyway without telling us. Then when we finally got them it was more like chocolate milk rather than a Frosty even my kids didn't finish theirs. Bad overall.

Great food most of the time. 4 stars because every once in a while I get undercooked burgers. They always fix it tho if I ask, no problem.

The managers here at Jackson store are seriously a joke hr and corporate has been a great help hopefully they do something about these few that make it hard for customers and employees alike hope to see improvement in this store soon!

Great food. Clean environment. Food was warm and served in a timely manner. Only con I found was that I wanted a bacon cheese potato but were out. Same scenerio multiple times.

I was a team member at Wendy’s, I have been trying to get my W2 from there and the managers told me that they can not help me get it and that I have to do it myself. They told me I have to get it off of Paylocity which is an app. They said I have to make an account on it but when I try to it doesn’t let me. They won’t help me get my W2 off of their Paylocity app so now I can not receive my taxes. I have talked to the GM and she gave me the company ID number which you have to have to make your account but it says the number is wrong she has gave me the number several times. The Wendy’s people will not help me get my W2 from them.

Always friendly, for the most part, my orders are correct at the drive thru. Better than most restaurants in Jackson at getting the order correct

Food was a little old, could of been much fresher and the fries was limp and soft.

Our food was good, but it was incorrect. I asked for spicy chicken and got home style. My husband ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened even after he was asked twice making sure he wanted sweet. We got it to go and didn't realize it all until it was too late.
