Horrible customer service, extremely slow, couldn’t get an order correct despite being told multiple times what was wrong. Workers and manager didn’t seem to know what they were doing or how to fix an order that they messed up. Man (who I’m assuming is the manager) tried to joke about it being “our luck day” for him fixing a drink that they got wrong and tried to joke about us getting tater tots instead of the fries that we had ordered. While it’s nice to try and make light of a situation such as small mistakes happening, the mood was not right and it’s not hard to give someone what they ordered and fix after being made aware of the mistake. Also, trying to take food back in exchange is unsanitary, I wouldn’t like to receive food that was taken from a customer in exchange for their right food since I don’t know where those persons hands have been. Also, the fries were undercooked, just looking at them you can tell they’re not cooked all the way and trying to serve these to people is disgusting and a health concern.

Decided to try it for the first time and was surprised. Only tried the drinks so far but they were pretty damn good. Only complaint is that the stall screens where you can park and order, the button's we're a bit janky. Other than that it was a great place.

Good place for breakfast. Great service and staff but hard to get back on the road because of the no left turn out of the parking lot. Usually have to turn right, go to the light, turn left twice, drive through the dollar tree parking lot to get back on the road to head to town or to get back on to Ohio 32. Not Sonic's problem but an inconvenience to patrons.

I had a very bad experience. I was at this location for over an hour. Nothing moved fast, except the manager did show up quickly after I called the location from the drive-in stall because no one was responding when I pressed their red call button. The picture is of the tots that I was served. The oil must have had remnants of prior burnt items- I didn't eat them, because the burnt specks just didn't look appetizing. The lady in the stall next to me waited 10+ minutes, and no one had yet taken her order. I saw a carhop spending time chatting with a friend when he obviously wasn't keeping up with orders. I'd say you should follow the advice of the lady in the stall next to me - she said to head to Taco Bell.
In answer to the reply from Sonic corporate - No, I don't want to follow up with the franchise owner. If you want to let a location continue to have such poor reviews, that's your decision. My decision is simply to avoid Sonic, because to allow this level of service with so many negative reviews tells me that the problem is systemic, and natural selection should work it out eventually.

Food was good, 2 stars because they still only do drive through, not any single car service like EVERY other sonic in Central Ohio is doing.

Did not quite have enough on my debit card for my purchase, tried giving then 15 extra cents for the difference owed and they would not take my debit and cash? What place of business turns town money? It will be my last time at a Sonic.

Absolutely disgusting
Everything we ordered was old and we waited 10 minutes for the order. We had 2 deluxe burgers the patties were so cold the cheese didn't even have an imprint and was still solid and cold as well. I asked for mayo and got so much it was on every corner of the paper when I opened it. Taters and fries were cold. Bbq jumbo chicken had a slight drizzle of bbq and of course were not fresh. I love sonic but this one was terrible.

Worst Sonic ever. I've been to this location 3 times now. First time I got home and order was wrong. Second time I ordered a cheeseburger no let and no onion. It came out wrong so instead of complaining I ordered another one. Again it came out wrong manager tells me I have to tell them what to INCLUDE not cut. Makes no sense but ok...she promised a free burger. Stopped in today and ordered two drinks. When the foam went down on my no ice drink it was 3/4 full (see pic). They both tasted flat.
