Hands down. This is one of the best McDonald's restaurants that we have in the city of Chicago. Everyone that works in the McDonald's takes pride and making sure each and every individual is greeted in our food is made fresh!

They had zero customers but I still had to go back 3 times to get the right order. This store is an embarrassment, the manager was rude and should lose his job immediately

5 stars to the team here today, Monday, September 27th. The menu board is blacked out, and I just encountered a rude customer about the wait time. I feel bad for fast food employees, and I wanted to give them a shout out! You handled him with grace and a smile!

Working in the financial district, I have gone to this McDonald's for years and they have never disappointed! The food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are the most polite workers and they set an excellent example of always putting the customer first. I'm honestly shocked at the amount of reviews this place has, the people there deserve more recognition.
