Worst Wendys administration I’ve been in 8 years trucking. It took them like 45 mins just to get my order with only 5ppl in front of me. Girls here touching the food without gloves. Completely disgusting. Once i got to her i asked her to use gloves and there was like 5 employees.
This restaurant is located inside of a Truckstop. It's small and busy.
Service is fast and friendly.
They do not honor the rewards system unless you have a card(?).
The app only allows for scanning and while it gives the option of loading a reward onto a card, I don't know how to find it in the app.
Had too repeat my simple order of a 5 dollar biggie bag and a small chili 3 times to the young man taking my order. He might have got it the first time if he wasn't higher than a kite! C'mon Wendy's. You can't do better than that? Then The gal that filled my order forgot my fries. And it was a 5 mi
The Wendy's and the Pilot is located in the same building. Passing thru the area, quick stop for some lunch. The wait time was a bit lengthy in the drive thru, but the service was good and the food was fresh. I would recommend.
This place has the worst customer service now. One young girl in particular is so rude its unbelievable. She didn't hear my order the first time I said it then when I repeated she got mad with me and ask me why did I say that the first time. I told her that's what I said you just didn't her me. She
The food was fine and the staff were friendly, but this is the slowest location I've ever been to. Regardless of how busy they are, you're gonna wait a while for your food.
Wendy’s in their name but they don’t participate in any of Wendy’s promos. Might as well call themselves pilot sandwiches. Why are these businesses allowed to operate under the brand name though. Shame on the management / owner. They used to participate in promos and rewards. Another business going
I have NEVER seen people get something wrong evey time. It's NOT that hard. NO CHEESE!!!! Ever MF time there is MF cheese!!!!!
