If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a to go order over the phone only to find when I got back to the house that it was missing some items. When I called the restaurant to correct the error they told me to come back. And then when I get there, they proceeds to argue with me and told me that I didn’t order the things that I ordered. Mind you, they repeated my order back to me over the phone. Staff was very rude about the whole ordeal. Wasted my money, my gas, and my time. I will never be going back to this establishment

I just spent $130 on food. I went through drive thru to order. It took half an hour to give my order because the woman was making me wait while taking phone orders WHILE I was ordering.. Then she told me 35 minutes, after I paid. I waited nearly an hour in the parking lot. I asked her at the car if they made sure I had everything. She said yes. When I got home, I noticed that my sweet and sour shrimp was missing. I had sauce, but no shrimp. I called, and the same woman told me that I had ordered chicken, not shrimp. I told her that there was no sweet and sour anything in my box. She proceeded to tell me that she was the one who packed it and she knew it was in there. I told her she was mistaken and once again, she told me I was wrong. Plus, the containers of the other things were only half full. I do not recommend this place and will NEVER go back!

Great food, but service lacks. Just wants you gone as quick as possible (which is good at times) but don't show much care.

Don't waste your money, I got chow mein with soft noodles and orange chicken. Everything was super oily and really had no flavor. The oil was going through the container and bag and onto the table. Do not recommend

Food was good but call ahead with your order and pick up at the drive thru. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food after I arrived and ordered at the window.

Disgusting i don't know what bootleg cloned chinese place this is. I have never ate seasame chicken like this it's soupy and the chicken is soggy and soft. Lo mein beef noodles tasted spoiled and dry and stiff. Dosent not taste like anything i had b4 . spent 19.50 on 2 things that wasn't even worth it

Should have listened to all the terrible reviews. Decided to give it a shot anyways. Waited over thirty minutes in a drive thru line to pick up a call ahead order, and then got home to find the food wasn’t even remotely what we ordered. It wasn’t anything that we would consider eating, and not nearly as much food as we actually ordered. Wasted all that time and gas, and still have three hungry kids with nothing to eat. Had to go all the way back down there to get the correct food, and no attempt was made by staff or management to correct the issue. Customer service is terribly lacking, and the food is nothing to write home about. Basically, if you want what you ordered, go to the place across the street instead. Do not waste your time, money, and gas on Mandarin Garden.
