Great bagels. Fast, friendly service (expect a little slower on weekends, as they do have a good customer base!). A HUGE variety of specialty butters and cream cheeses, the likes of which I have never seen. (Can you say, Bacon Butter?!)

Just left the newly renovated store & WOW I’m so happy with the delicious bagels & extremely nice young man working there. Excellent customer service & the sweetest disposition. He was so extremely nice & pleasant.

My experience here was ok, and definitely could have been better with a little more attention. I ordered Avacado Wrap, but upon eating it at home, I discovered it was missing lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. I was upset, but it still looked good and tasted good as I took my first bite. However, there was some bites that contained this grit, crunchy almost like sand. I would try again, even though my wrap was missing key ingredients, I trust next time it will not be.

I’ve been going to Bagel Exchange for a year or two because it’s convenient for me, but they consistently get my order wrong. On multiple occasions they’ve left out something like a side or an extra topping that I paid for, but the food I did get was usually served quickly and tasted good, so I was willing to overlook it. The final straw for me came when I entered the store recently and saw that not a single customer was wearing a protective mask. In the past, I’ve also seen employees wearing their masks improperly with their noses uncovered. Clearly, management does not enforce a strict mask policy and is not serious about the safety of themselves, their employees, or their customers. The public health implications of this also make me wonder what their general food safety practices are like. I will not be going back, even after the pandemic is over, as an establishment that cares so little about public health and safety does not deserve my money.

What an adorable cafe. Bagels are very good. Bagel sandwiches are delicious. There are no words to describe the bakery goods! yes that good.
Staff is very courteous and efficient even when the place is busy. The New management Gina is the most delightful person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Place is a little hidden gem. Highly recommend.

My husband and I used to love this place for breakfast. We ordered today and it was horrible. They forgot the bacon and the cheese in both of our omelettes. The omelette was half the size it used to be and so greasy. We unfortunately won’t be back.
