Wendy's - Jackson - Photo album

Frequently hear fighting from the kitchen and the drive through window. Wait time is always long. I'll be lucky if they get my order right, because I don't have to wait for them a second time. If you're able to get through all of that, I would expect some cold french fries.

Went to go inside to pick up an order today and they just locked the door right in front of me, while they still have customers inside. Consistent problems with this store. Never knew when the lobby is open or not.

Everytime i come here the lobbg closes ag different times and each time is earlier and earlier. I know there is a labor shortage but this is by far the slowest Wendy's in town. Half the time the lobby is closed too but with no signage saying it's closed just a locked door.

Almost got charged twice, food was sloppy and put together carelessly, the Wendy's on Airport road is number one in Jackson, then the East side Wendy's, then the Cascades Wendy's. All the remai

Food was hot, line was long but went fairly quickly. I got the triple by pass burger(baconator) and the tasty fries. Would go again. Their burgers are good and don't return later to haunt me like other burger establishments.

Love the $5 Biggie Bag. Was put and about helping a friend get stuff for her house and she treated me to lunch. Food was hot, fresh and filling. I was glad we could go in and set down as I did not want to eat in my car.
