Frequently hear fighting from the kitchen and the drive through window. Wait time is always long. I'll be lucky if they get my order right, because I don't have to wait for them a second time. If you're able to get through all of that, I would expect some cold french fries.

Went to go inside to pick up an order today and they just locked the door right in front of me, while they still have customers inside. Consistent problems with this store. Never knew when the lobby is open or not.

Everytime i come here the lobbg closes ag different times and each time is earlier and earlier. I asked the manager the last time i was here and she said between 8 and 9pm... so im here today at 6pm to dine in with my kids and the lobby is closed. If your not gonna stay true to the times then dont bother telling people times that the lobby will be open to dine in.

I know there is a labor shortage but this is by far the slowest Wendy's in town. Half the time the lobby is closed too but with no signage saying it's closed just a locked door.

So I just went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago my receipt says sweet and sour sauce on all 6 nuggets I ordered. I watch the assembly line lady tell the drive-thru guy to put two sweet and sour sauces in the bag. I assumed she already grab some from the other side, but this was not the case, I only reviewed just 2. Either she was trying to conserve them for some unknown reason or she's trying to get that kid fired all the way around is b*******. The lady has been there for a really long time, the boy was nice and courteous very professional had no problems with him at all.

Terrible service, I had to explain what I ordered due to lack of communication during change of employees. Almost got charged twice, food was sloppy and put together carelessly, the Wendy's on Airport road is number one in Jackson, then the East side Wendy's, then the Cascades Wendy's. All the remaining Wendy's are usually garbage, I'm talking about you Wendy's n at optimist ice arena...

Food was hot, line was long but went fairly quickly. I got the triple by pass burger(baconator) and the tasty fries. Would go again. Their burgers are good and don't return later to haunt me like other burger establishments.

Love the $5 Biggie Bag. Was put and about helping a friend get stuff for her house and she treated me to lunch. Food was hot, fresh and filling. I was glad we could go in and set down as I did not want to eat in my car.
