Since under new management it's a much faster friendlier place and much better service. Their new cinnamon sugar cream cheese dipping sauce I'd out of this world! If u haven't been there in a while u really should go try em again!!

The jalapeños cheese sauce was nice with the salted pretzels bites. The lemonade was alright. Would definitely go back to this place.

I've always loved their food, the box of bites has been my comfort food for a while. But I guess someone forgot to wash their hands because the last time I ordered it I got food poisoning so intense I had to be rushed to the ER.

WOW! The management is wonderful! I won’t lie, it was poor just a couple months ago but now the new manager is lovely! I think her name is Kaylee if I’m not mistaking. I came on a very busy Saturday. She was fast, and efficient when it came to giving everyone their orders in a timely manner. I hope she stays and continues to manage. 100% recommend!

“Manager” was EXTREMELY rude. I spent over 25 dollars in drinks an food an got an attitude when I asked her for a simple napkin. This place changes people an managers to much. Don’t waste your money, or your energy.

Extremely rude, poor customer service skills and burnt pretzels. Save your money and go to the one in Walmart. I paid $7 and threw away more than half of the pretzel bites in my cup.

The new management and employees are great; the customers that order from this place aren’t. Seen an angry blond lady throw her cup behind the counter because she wasn’t allowed to change her order DURING THE TORNADO EVACUATION. Like I said lovely new management.
