Buffalo Wild Wings

Bar was absolutely packed, but they only had a few servers and ours definitely went above and beyond. Made sure my son had food to snack on and a drink while we waited on appetizers, refilled all of our drinks (especially beer) quickly, helped us get a TV channel changed so we would watch the Red Wings, and was quick to cash us out when my son was just over everything. May be short in staff, but with our server at least they were long in customer service. Definitely have no problem going back.

It was busy busy busy so it must be liked. We tried to dine in and it was a 20 minute wait, we skipped out and went to Texas Roadhouse which was quicker but my 9 yr old didn't like it so we got takeout for him from BWW's. It was ok. Still busy busy. The sauce was great! The fries are different but good. We will be going back to dine-in for sure!

We arrived at 10:29pm and wanted takeout. The policy is not to seat patrons or place takeout orders after 10:30. So because no one came over to us until 10:33 we can't order takeout? I understand the seating policy, but we are literally there, so its not like we'll be picking up our order after close.

This was probably my last time visiting this restaurant. I decided to go with takeout because we knew we didn't have time to dine in. We were never given an expectation of how long it would take. I asked if they had military discount and was told they didn't know with a flustered look, so I said don't worry about it. I set a reminder at 6:34 for 10 minutes to go back in and check and went to wait in the car with my fiancé. I sat inside for another 40 minutes waiting. Almost an hour for takeout of an appetizer sampler and 30 wings (sauce on the side). Completely unacceptable.

Food was okay but not great, service was ok at best but the stupid air was on full blast the whole time so food was cold faster than you could eat it - had to eat with our winter coats on. One of our guests was disappointed that the medium garlic sauce was basically buffalo sauce - not a fan of buffalo sauce period. Eh. Not in a hurry to go back.

Took us over an hour to get seated a table while other people came in and sat right down the area in front of us there had to be at least 15 cables not being used when we finally got a table was clear in the back waited about an hour maybe hour and a half for our food to arrive I got 10 chicken wings and french fries The chicken wings were dry and very tough they were warm I don't believe I ever want to go back that was nice second time there and it's just a weight game
