They are robbing people with gluten allergies. $17 for a small three topping gluten free soggy under cooked and overly salty pizza. Otherwise the calzone was delicious and reasonably priced. The customer service was wonderful and informative. Unfortunately we won’t be back though.

Salad was horrible. Price was crazy for just 2 salads. Could have had a better salad and cheaper if I had bought the stuff at Walmart and made it myself. Will not be ordering from here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

The pizza is really good, the subs are excellent also. They are really good about getting food to us on time where I work when we order lunch. I haven't heard any complaints! So good several of us order every week.

Cottage Inn Pizza of Jackson is a definite gem for this city! The location has been in this building for as far back as I can remember, and they have always provided top quality food. The staff is constantly working hard to get their job done right. Still to this day I am amazed at the amount of food, number of ingredients, and quality for a reasonable price.

We order Cottage Inn Deliver every Thursday. Today I noticed their site was updated and my user name was not found. I called them to ask what happened and was told I lost all my points and basically I should have known because they have a sign posted IN their restaurant. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Why in the world would I walk in anywhere that can deliver to me? You had my email address (because it's 2022). Switching Thursday pizza night to Jets. If you like companies who take away points you get from being a good customer and waiting 2 hours for a delivery on a week night-stick with this place.
