Not happy at all order it from doordash n they forgot to bag 2 of our meals so we still had to get out n go pick them up ourselves. They didnt offer money back or complimentary anything for the trouble. And the food was less then good

Eggshell surprise, I didn't know that they sold Eggshell stuffed eggs until today. A few pieces is I guess ok by today's standard but come on this thing has huge Eggshells throughout. Other than that good food.

WOW, is all I can start this with. I've never eaten at this restaurant chain before, but wow am I glad I finally did. The store attached to the restaurant is super cute, and they sell alot of really rare/unique candy (if you're into that like I am). I ordered the fried chicken and I am oh so happy I did. It was some of the best I've ever had.

thanksgiving was the first time in a long time my family has gotten together, although we wasnt all there it was very nice to have my two brothers his girlfriend, my nephew and my mother there. we had a good time laughing and talking. the homey cozy surroundings made it comfortable. our server was cheerful and kind especially after my mom sent her back to make a different pot of coffee because it wasnt strong enough, and a few times for other things. Our server was very patient and accommodating. before dinner was quite a wait and was crowded but it was worth it and you got to look at all the nice things in the store.

We ordered and paid online for curbside an hour early. We arrived ten minutes early and used the automated email system to alert them we had arrived. 7 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time we called just in case. Another half an hour later we went in to tell them we were there. We were told to go back outside and call again. Apparently, they played a game of telephone and it ended with "Bethany in spot 1? There is no order for Bethany" and no one came to spot 1 to ask for our name again ... How did the automatic system AND a call not tell them someone was waiting in spot 1 for a prepaid pickup?

Our service was excellent. 1 star is to manager and corporate of not enforcing no mask in place( other than when you are seated at your table) I wear mine to protect others. There were multiple families in store not wearing masks and no one was asking them to wear masks or leave if there answer was no.
Truthfully, I wouldn't recommend cracker barrel due to their policy

Extremely bad experience at our most recent visit to Jackson, Michigan. Definitely not the quality of service nor quality of food we have come to grow accustom to at our local location. Let's just say we will not be adding a cracker barrel to our itinerary any time soon... Quite disappointing.
