Better than most donuts in Michigan to be honest. It’s hard to explain, but in general, the quality of donuts is lower in southern Michigan. Donuts are often too dense, overcooked, and the frosting is blobbed on and does not coat the fried dough. Hinckley Bakery does a much better job than most. I w
