Mcdonald's

Came at ~4:00 p.m. Wondered why there wasn't a line. Got tea, nuggets, burger, and pies. Pies were 2 hours past the serve-by date — didn't taste good at all. Didn't get any sauce for nuggets. Tea wasn't filled up all the way. Burger was kinda cool, must've been sitting there for a while. 2/3 servers were friendly, though. So that was nice. Still don't think I'd come back here.

I won't even give this place 1 star. Worst service ever. Every time I go after 8 no one ever takes my order. I watch car after car get help while I just sit there. It never matters what side I drive up. The food takes forever and the fries are always cold. I have gone back simply bc of convenience but tonight I went to Freddy's. Great, fast service with excellent food and right next door. 👋 👋 👋

Horrible, ordered a couple double cheese burgers and fries with a large sweet tea... burger was old, bread was stale & fries were hard but the sweet tea was fresh this time. Wasn't happy at all. Won't go back, I found a new place to eat when I want a burger, it'll be Sonic they make their burgers fresh to order every time.

Very poorly managed McDonald's. I have worked here personally and though the GM is a sweet man, the employees have often been out of control and completely inappropriate. I couldn't make myself stay here as a job for more than 2 months before I quit and found something else, definitely wouldn't recommend as a job for your children. I've worked for several McDonald's before and was moving into a management position when I left because the environment was terrible. Granted, this was about 4 years ago, so things may have changed regarding management and employees. All fast food in Jackson is slow, but McDonald's is one of the slowest. I've had many family members sit in line for over 30 minutes to get their food and you can't leave the line because of the curbs set up. I'm giving 2 stars because in recent history I've been able to get in and out of line more quickly than I ever thought possible for this particular location. I was proud of them and it seemed like they had hired on some decent people who were taking their job seriously. If this continues, I would be happy to give more stars!
