I stopped by this location last night before work and ordered a number 1 ....I waited over 20 mins in the drive through just for my food to be cold and incorrect. I called to speak to a manager soon as I got to work only for an employee to fake like the manager and didn’t write my information down for a replacement order. I WILL NEVER purchase food at this location again! Customer service is everything and this location lacks it! highly disappointed Update: my co-worker called and spoke to the GM Christy this morning ...and she agreed to replace some of my co-worker food but not mine. I knew I should have went to Chick-fil-A cause they never disappoint!!

One of the best I’ve been too in Jackson. I’m there now eating an writing my review because I’m blown away with the food an service. I didn’t know what to order so they gave me some ideas an was very patient as I made my mind up. They are very kind, an the food was fresh, hot and amazing. I will be back!

I'd heard about this place so I decided to stop. After 25 minutes in the drive thru I got some food. It was NOT my food, not what I ordered. I ordered a TLC sandwich meal. I got 3 strips, a cold piece of toast and some fries. Needless to say I can't go in and I am not eating in a 30 minute line again. Won't be going back until they can focus more on paying attention to what they are doing and using their heads.
