Horrible!!! Paid $34.00 for a lunch for 2, that consisted of 2 half sandwiches and 2 cups of potato soup.
The sandwiches were supposed to be Chipotle bacon melt and we added chicken. We received a grilled cheese with chicken, no bacon, or Chipotle sauce! The potato soup had zero taste even after adding salt and pepper that we had to go and ask for! Not to mention , this during the pandemic and sat at a dirty table as none had been cleaned!!! After we received our order and was half finished with it there was a girl that came around and cleaned the other dirty tables!!! Also, left still hungary!!!!! Will not be returning.....

Love love loved it!!! I don’t eat meat and they accommodated my every need without any complaint. I don’t know everyone’s name that is working this morning. But they were great!!!! And my food tastes amazing😋😋😋

I've always been a fan of Panera Bread. Even though they have drastically changed the menu, the food and pastries are still very good. The service is good as well.

Well I went yesterday for breakfast and live in Henderson Tn to my surprise the by pass was under construction I got their at 10 :58 breakfast was over I was disappointed I never have ate breakfast there before so I settled for a plain bagel and coffee ...well the coffee was all gone as well I had half my bagel gone before the server filled the pumps up �� I guess it wasn't in the cards for me this visit �

I was craving Pantera Chicken noodle soup at 830 pm. The store had very few people. The service was quick and friendly.
I got the Pick 2 combo. A cup of soup and half turkey sandwich. The food was hot and fresh. I also got Blood Orange lemonade and also...got Plum Hibiscus tea which was delicious.
I will return when I am in the Jackson TN area.
