Rally’s was once a good burger place I’ve always respected and somewhat still do. Lately the service and quality has diminished. Ordered two burgers today. Wasn’t the same. Now, to the owners, I’m always the one who will give a compliment when it’s due to you and your employees.

This location is the ''worst'' . Ask for a large combo and get a medium! Large fries are ''half'' full! Just ridiculous!! And the combo prices are ''ALWAYS'' different day by day!

Terrible customer service. No one was there when I pulled up. I ordered my meal and got to the window to pay. They asked me to pull around and park. I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins before I got out to go check on my order. All the doors were locked. I knocked on the windows. Finally an employee came out with an order but it was not mine. When I asked if it was mine, she acted like my order had been forgotten about my order. She kept walking to another car without stopping to hear what I was asking her. I will never go back.
