Had been seeing some good reviews so I thought I'd try this location this time and I was not disappointed. Got the Louisiana rub wings and Buffalo ranch fries. Everything came out fresh and was delicious. Will be using this location from here on out.

I haven't had any problems out of this Wingstop! Everyone is pretty friendly, & orders are almost never wrong! Considering the fact that I am a DoorDash Driver, that speaks volume vs most restaurants I deliver for... & they're also pretty darn speedy, rarely do I have to wait for 10-15 minutes for an order, but if I do its because there are literally 10 other people in there waiting for there orders as well! So, I can't blame them too much.

If they stop putting door dash orders before online and walk in the wait want be a hour. My online order was supposed to be ready in 21 minutes. They need better customer service

Wingstop (Ellis Avenue) has excellent customer service. The person taking the order had to be the manager. He was so professional and allowed us to customize the order and immediately gave the correct price adjustment. No hassle, no fuss, no mood, and no attitude! The food was super hot when they brought it to our table. I asked for crispier fries and they accommodated our order well!

Wings are always on point! Hot, flavorful, and all of those yummy adjectives haha ... We order ahead so we don't have to wait. We take them home to eat so I cannot comment as to the table service. But once again, the wings are always great!
