I ordered online the harvest chicken salad, a McAlister’s club and a gallon of their delicious iced tea to be delivered. I received the salad and the sandwich but not the tea, however on my in person visit the manager took responsibility and gave me the tea that I had paid for online. This happened in November, I placed another online order on January 21, 2022 of a garden salad no croutons, McAlister’s King Club and Chicken and dumplings, again I received only two of the items. Each time I tried to contact this property and they would pick up the receiver and without saying a word hang up. The food is good but I think that for my online delivery orders I will try the County Line road store. This is a problem that can be easily solved by management communicating with the employees on what is and is not acceptable in the treatment of customers.

After waiting in line and only having one customer in front of me, I was told by a young lady that they were going to stop taking orders because they have a 30 minute wait. That would have been good information to have before I spent 10 minutes of my life sitting in that line with my elderly mother-in-law out in the truck. Thanks for nothing!

Normally I love McAllister and have never had an issue up until this week.. I got Big Nasty but someone forgot to put gravy on it. Which should have been a red flag things were going to go south. Given that someone else I work with got food for me I was just going to deal with it. Well I started eating at the sandwich tasted funny so I didn't eat it all instead I threw it away... and ate my potato salad. Not long after I started getting sick, I was at work for 3 hours trying not to throw up. Well low and behold I get home and it was like the flood gates opened up, I was violently sick with food poisoning for 2 days. It was bad, I don't know what was not cooked right or out of date but ummm someone might want to check their stock.

This is my 2nd time going to this location, 1st time I had a big order that I placed about 9 or 10 in the morning. It asked what time was the order needed I said between 12 and 1pm. When I got there the order was not ready. They had to make my order. So I had to wait even longer ..TODAY 04/19/2022 I GO THERE THEY TELLME THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS. LIKE HOW YOU NOT, ITS LUNCH TIME😤😤

me and my nephew went there one day last week and when i tell you the employee tristyan was soo nasty and so rude. I asked her do they sell rotel dip she said “YES WE DO” in a attitude tone and then i asked her for my receipt she started growling at me saying i didn’t need it.

The staff is friendly, but the food is sub-par. Scant amounts of meats on our and no lettuce or tomatoes or bacon on sandwiches that on the menu came with this. One ne side missing. All on $50 order. Oh, and no pickles.
