Mcdonald's

Ugh🤦🏾‍♀️.....Take the wheel and the nasty attitude individuals who for some unknown reason think I kicked their puppy, keyed their car and was disrespectful to their kid......GARBAGE PLAIN AND SIMPLE....GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS A HORRIBLE REPUTATION....ORDERED BREAKFAST WITH BACON AND AFTER READING IT BACK STILL GAVE ME SAUSAGE. DIDNT GREET ME AND WALKED AWAY AFTER HANDING ME A BAG AND FINALLY CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW AND SAID "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON?" I USED THE APP FOR A FREE BREAKFAST SANDWICH AND THE "MANAGER" WITH THE FAKE CATERPILLARS OVER HER EYES, TALKING ABOUT "WELL SHE DIDN'T RING IT UP SO...." RIGHT THAT'S RIGHT WITH THAT ATTITUDE YOU'RE ALWAYS GOING TO BE SAYING "WELCOME TO MCDONALDS WITH YOUR REAL UGLY ATTITUDE!!!!

This McDonald's has terrible service. This beats all, I went there to the drive-thru this morning n waiting for them to take my order. Well 4 cars on the opposite side of me were waited on before I was waited on. Got tired of waiting after that n drove to the window n proceeded to tel the person at the window I was being overlooked n she tells me she doesn't take orders at the window. This Mc Donald's has done crazy stuff, but that beats it all. What's even worse, the young woman had a terrible attitude. Unless you have no other choice, stay away from the McDonald's at 3903 Hanging Moss Road in Jackson, MS

These people are hiring just anyone with legs and arms with barely a brain...had to repeat my order AT the window 3 times before the girl understood what I was trying to tell her, she kept trying to over charge me and then had an attitude well picking up my order at the next window wasn't any better, that girl at the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a restaurant she kept making weird faces at me and trying to rush me out the drive thru line and she wouldn't allow me the chance to tell her she didn't give me all of my items... SMH! Ridiculous!
