I hadn't been to a Moe's in many years. The last time I ate at Moe's was in Moss Point, MS in 2014 or so. It was a great experience then and this last time when I went to the one in Jackson, MS it was absolutely fantastic, I can say without a doubt they keep the quality in the food they serve. Great job Moe's, keep it up, I can't wait to go back!

People were nice. We did pick up and on 2 of the orders with tofu, they just left it off. On the burritos, they were practically just rice. Several toppings were missing. I would have appreciated a heads up when we picked up the order.

This wasn't the norm " welcome to Moe's" all I got was hello welcome to Moe's like all the employees were tired. By the time I make it up to the counter the server continued to to with his buddy about the schedule. So I patiently waited 45 seconds went by yes I was counting. I said Homewrecker please lite rice then he continues to talk to his coworker about work at the same time dumping rice into my bowl like he instantly forgot was I told him. Right lite rice by this time I'm like whatever. At the end I was asked did I want a drink to go with my order I said yes please. Once again this new guy didn't ask me what size. Just here take this size. The food was great just custumer service was horrible today. The only person I spoke with that was sweet and kind was the lady refilling the sauce for the chips.

We loved this Moe’s location for the first few years it was open, but in the last couple years it seems to have gone downhill a bit. No more of that Moe’s cheer. Food still tastes good, but the food preparation looks sloppy and sometimes questionable.

Food was pretty good. My rice was a little crunchy and the drink machine was out of half the options. But the restaurant was clean and the workers were nice.

My customer experience there sucked badly last Sunday afternoon. All of the workers didn't greet ,the energy were dry, I reallydidn'tfeel welcomed. Not one said welcome to Moe's....!! I missed the energy, I guess it's only done when the Boss is there.

Very sloppy, unorganized, and dysfunctional. Wells needed to be flipped and and cleaned staff behind the counter didn't even speak to take the order the just picked up utensils and that was the que to order. Also, earpods on the line isn't a great look.

Worth the money. Always fresh ingredients and friendly environment. These are the nachos but I already mixed them together. Lol
