This is everything a waffle house should be!! We were immediately welcomed as soon as we walked in by at least 4 of the staff, friendly warm welcome! Wife and I sat at the bar and ordered probably the best cup of coffee we had on our week of vacation. All the food was spot on and perfectly cooked. Crispy bacon, eggs over medium cooked exactly, pecan waffle. We sat and ate and watched the organized chaos, as they helped so many customers coming for to go and dine in. The whole time the staff was just happy to be there. Excellent food, wonderful people.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour joint right? This is the second time I’ve come around 9:00 p.m. and this rusty heavy set fake Anthony Hamilton beard having dude gives me the throat slash (meaning no service). A second guy (worker) gets out of a vehicle with a chick looking goofy and puts his head down not to make eye contact. Get another night crew PLEASE!

I was staying across the street in a hotel. Place was recommended. I sat in the restaurant right next to the counter 6 feet away from the cook and was completely ignored for 25 minutes. I asked two different times how I went about getting some food, he said the waitress would look after me he called her over and she continue to pretend I was a piece of lint. The staff almost outnumbered the patrons, there were four of them! There is no excuse for this kind of disregard. You should be ashamed and embarrassed of how you conduct your “business“. Add to the fact that the place was filthy and I was very happy to stand up and leave.

Worst Waffle House ever. Waitress talked to her friends for 15 minutes before I just walked out

I ordered grits with my breakfast and they were luke warm. I stated that they were not hot. It took five minutes before they returned. The waiter said that the cook had placed in a skillet to reheat.

My siblings and I was in Jackson for Comic Con and on our way home we stopped here to eat breakfast around 10:40. Mr. Louie, “Uncle Louie” as the other servers call him, was our server. He was so friendly and polite. He told us that the cooks had a very big order to fill and it would be a few minutes. We understood. Even though, it was a pretty big order we got our food within a few minutes of sitting there. The food was really good, and the service was excellent. One of the best experiences we have had at a Waffle House.
