Today was my first time eating here and I want to say first and foremost the staff was very courteous and engaging. The location was pretty clean and it was approximately 10 minutes to get my food after my order was placed. The meal was hot & delicious. My only real complaint is that they forgot my chips. First time to Jason’s deli! I order the manager’s special half and half meal! The steak sandwich was ok, when I picked it up everything kinda fell out of it. The broccoli and cheese soup was good, but oit wasn’t hot. the hibiscus tea was a great touch! The facility was clean and the food delivery was ok, the worker didn’t seem very happy when she drop the food off. The free ice cream was exciting. Maybe I will try it again next time.

Decent Service and food.
We went for Sunday brunch at 10:15 am which is 15 mins after their opening time and were probably their 2nd or 3rd customers for the day but looked like they were not fully ready.
No one greated us or made us sit. We chose a table and sat there for 15 odd minutes for some one to attend us but later realized it a self service restaurant. We ordered out food but the creamer for hot drinks were not available. Overall it was OK but could have been much better.

DUMP SITE: bathroom needs to be dusted and cleaned. They make your sandwich the way they want. Not what you request. Less mustard and more bread. Not the other way

From the moment I walked in till I received my meal, I had nothing but the best most friendly service from the lady who was preparing fresh tea and offered me fresh lemon to the smiling lady who took prepared and sent me home with the perfect order. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

We drove out of our way to come here and get food because where we’re from Jason’s Deli is awesome. Not only did the steak on the sandwich barely exist— if you’re paying over $10 for a sandwich, please make sure it actually has some meat on it. BUT worse yet, I’m highly allergic to shellfish and ordered vegetable soup, of course I didn’t see the shrimp in it before taking my first bite.

Normally LOVE Jason's Deli. This one- not so much.
1- I ordered a salad bar on their app
2- got to the deli and realized there is no salad bar (why would it let me order it if they didn't have it?) Every other town in MS has the salad bar, why not Jackson?
3- Staff was friendly and helpful
4- Place was dirty, tables had not been wiped down or cleaned off- felt dirty
