Employees are all smiles even after a long day or coming from a 2 nd job. They are personable n friendly.
Love love love Subway! It’s a great healthy sub and so happy they are opened again.

Ok, but the older guy seemed peeved with some demands that my wife made. Granted that my wife can be frustrating customer but still you got to main your cool in this business. I caught the face that he was making and that's why I am cutting one star.

The staff was a new guy and he did a great job! I think he was scared to death of making a mistake, but everything turned out well!
Glad this store is open.. miss my subway in Alpine, Wy... It's a guess when it's open... Thankful for the Jackson store!

This Subway located in South Jackson Hole is a decent place to get a fresh sandwich. The store sometimes gives less toppings than usual which is a concern. The staff is nice and greets you every time I visit. The ownership has responded to my concerns many times personally through email. I really appreciate that they communicate with me.
They are better than the competition in town, that being Quiznos which has terrible management.
Overall it's great to have Subway in town!

Better than the local Quiznos. Quiznos has employees/people who need an attitude adjustment. However about Subway: to me all the food at a Subway is (or should be) very consistent. I've worked as a boss at a Subway for 5 years (a previous job of mine). My opinion is that they have gotten faster than two years ago (!) still a bit slow at times. However I always feel that a Subway universally has good prices, this one happens to be also very clean in the restaurant part itself!!!

Crossing the US it is very difficult to find continuity in covid safety. Nobody else but Subway does it right. These guys are gloved, masked, clean and make a great sandwich. Thanks so much for caring about our safety!

Lack of staff makes it hard for this location. Despite that fact the restaurant is clean and the workers try hard to keep up with lunch lines. Overall a good experience.

WHAT CAN YOU SAY about a Subway? Uniformity seems to be the rule. This store was clean, the meals prepared well, sandwiches as tasty as Subway sandwiches can be. Staff I met were friendly and easily engaged when not busy.

I ate at Subway this afternoon and was served by JoAnna. She was polite, knew the menu, and gave me exactly what I ordered. She placed new gloves on her hands before making my sandwich and removed them before handling my money. Couldn't ask for anything more.
