Hatch has really good Mexican food. It's not tex mex. Would recommend the tortilla soup on a cold day. Add the shredded chicken. The avocado toast is also really good.
Stopped in for breakfast and sat at the bar for a mimosa. Got the bacon and avocado tacos and WOW they were perfect. Great service and atmosphere too.
Had a great dinner experience here! Ordered the tacos (Cochinita Pibil and Carne Asada), chicken enchiladas and chips and guacamole. Everything was delicious. The hostess was so friendly, and we had great service. Fun decor, lively atmosphere, and what looked like a great patio (it was raining while we were there). I’d definitely recommend!
They were able to seat us at the bar which is a cool spot. We had drinks and my husband did the tequila flight. The strawberry margarita was good a little tart. The flight was fun. We ordered the street corn appetizer and the family taco platter. We waited 40 minutes for food. But was delicious and fresh. I think the platters take a while because it’s a large amount and well worth the price.

The yellowtail poke was great! At first we thought it was salty but the aftertaste was really well balanced. My only feedback is one more flour tortilla chip would have been great!
The Pozole was outstanding

Hatch Taqueria has a lot going for it, especially its prime location in Jackson Hole. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The chorizo burrito and huevos rancheros were somewhat underwhelming. Despite my specific request, the eggs came overcooked. There's potential here for it to be a top spot, but the dishes need tuning to match the allure of its location.
Very nice place. Excellent food and excellent service. We really enjoyed the taco sampler (6 tacos for $30, which my much better half and I split), which I would highly recommend. The classic margaritas are the bomb 😁. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Arrive by 6:00 PM on a Saturday if you don't want to wait long.
I called Hatch to see if they would be willing to host a small baby shower during lunch the day before the planned event. staff was not only open to the idea, but extremely accommodating the next day upon arrival. Even going so far as to help me with decorations, move plants and bolster the vibe.
this has always been one of my favorite lunch spots, and I really appreciated this experience. It feels good to find service and community like this - thank you Hatch!
This is one of my favorite Mexican fusion restaurants. The tacos carne asada tacos where the bomb! The jalapeno bacon and avocado tacos were delish! The hamburger was a great option as well! Tortilla chips and walk was a great addition. The flavors just melded together and the tacos. Great atmosphere to sit have a conversation with family or friends. Outdoor seating is available too. Wait staff was great.
One of our favorite restaurants in town, located close to our property, our guests always love to eat there, it offers food all day long, the taco samples are the best, you get to eat many options. Vegetarian dishes and the multiple cocktails will make you enjoy the festive atmosphere of hatch!
