The Bird has a great deck, and the view is pretty awesome. We all had burgers and enjoyed it very much. The burgers are made of brisket and are very juicy. You should go.
The best wings in the valley. Excellent burgers too. The beer selection is different than anywhere else in town with lots of imports. Parking is terrible. Ride with a friend.
First it's a local hangout, with the best burgers and a great view! The club sandwich ain't bad either.

At Must !!. This place has the best food in Jackson! I kid you not! A relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff can't say enough good! The also offer free transportation just tip the driver!
A truely unique place to be. The week we were there, we watched helicopters dumping water on a fire (cost $8 mil) to the east and a magnificent sunset over the Grand Tetons. Local were warm and friendly. Food was terrific, the fries were worth the stop, along. Large selection of German draft beers.
We loved it. Burgers and fries were delicious, loved the atmosphere as well. Sun setting behind Tetons? Doesn't get much better.
We love the bird's burgers beer and view! The overall vibe is chill and friendly - the staff will not harass you and treats you like adults- if you want something ask for it! Truly and service industry's town kind of place!
Fantastic Food. I've been to every state on business travel including Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) and I've never had a better Philly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Burgers are exceptional, and the big screen TV and crowd make it great for sporting events. One of my favorite places in Jackson. Lot's of locals eat here, it's a bit off the path for tourists, but those that find it are very pleasantly surprised.
The Bird was impressive. A local bar with a laid back atmosphere. The views are some of the best you'll find in a bar. The food might be even better. The hamburger, wings, and Sunday brunch are all some.od the best you'll find.
Being on a round trip we stopped here last Friday for dinner very hungry. I decided to take the Schnitzel. Coming from Germany also known as THE Schnitzel country that‘s quite a challenge. What can I say? I have had one of the best Schnitzel in my life. It was that good that the great view from the terrace didn‘t really count anymore.
Very busy spot! We went on a Wednesday and it was jam packed. Got a burger and wings and both were good. They use english muffins are the bread (not my favorite but not bad). Nice patio space that is dog friendly. Cool restaurant to try
The food and the service was awesome here! We really enjoyed our food. We sat inside, but outside with the sunset was amazing and crowded.

Outstanding burgers, great fries, and both for a good price. The 4oz burgers (Patty Melt and BBQ) we ordered were amazing. Got it to go and had to wait just a little, but well worth it. Atmosphere was that of a classic town bar, not a tourist-centric establishment - very refreshing at that!

I always look for a place where the locals go to find the best food and that is what I found at “The Bird” outside Jackson, WY. You will find this bar and restaurant in the back of an eclectic collection of businesses on the highway between Jackson and Alpine. They have a vast assortment of beers on tap which change regularly which you can tell by the impressive array of taps hanging from the walls and rafters. My wife and I both had the wings. She had hot BBQ and I had the medium buffalo style which were still spicy. Both tasted incredible. They have an outdoor patio with an incredible view of the mountains. Well worth looking for!
A great restaurant off the center of Jackson. Food is delicious and much more reasonably priced. Both wings and steak are great. See a lot of locals, rather than tourists here. However, the staff do seem to be more friendly to the locals than to us :-P
