Sometimes the wait is long because there is only 1 worker. It's a Subway so you know what to expect. One time I had a hilarious experience where the sandwich maker dropped my sandwich on the ground after taking it out of the toaster. Unfortunately I got bumped behind the next group of people because she decided to finish their sandwiches before remaking mine. Actually, I remember an occasion - maybe 2 years ago - when I went here at 8:50 pm and the door was already locked, even though the sign said they're open until 9:00 pm.
