Sat us right away, our waitress took out order fast, and the food came quickly. Very good, got the Bacon Burger.
I seriously doubt I’ll ever go back to this place or any other chili’s but I doesn’t mean that other should follow. We all have individual taste preferences and mine don’t agree with their recipe. I ordered what was supposed to be be their local favorite and was served rare beef steak which was literally raw and almost bleeding in hot plate. I was so nauseated that couldn’t even take pictures 😀. But other items were really good and our server tried her best to make it up to us.
Lava cake was DELICIOUS and among the best I’ve ever tasted.
I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone who has no issues with steak cooked rare or medium rare.
I was there twice in one week. The first time , everything was wonderful. My server was fantastic.
The second time I was there I sat at the bar , The food was still delicious, but, the service was not what I expected.

I love chili's more than any other restaurant the only thing I don't like about this location is if you sit near the bar area at any time they are very loud, but other than that I'd eat here every day!
The manager was very present on the floor and greeted everyone. I definitely would go there again when I'm in Ithaca. Food was great.
It was my first time ever at chili’s right after I had my heart broken. Our waiter was so kind and the other staff made sure we had everything we ordered. I had the shrimp tacos which were nice and my friends loved the chips that they got as their appetizer. I would definitely come back, since it filled me up for a nice price.

Best service I have had at any restaurant in a very long time! Being the GM of a restaurant, it is VERY hard finding employees nowadays and all I can say is WOW. The whole staff sets such a great atmosphere and the FOH manager does a great job checking on customers! As this was my first time at chilis, I was a little skeptical as to what the food was going to be like. Every aspect of the food, staff, cleanliness, etc was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We will definitely be returning!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a catering order for a business lunch that I had mixed up the days on. I called the restaurant in a panic and spoke with the manager. She assured me that the restaurant would try their hardest to get my order completed (on extremely short notice). Not only did they complete the order, but it was ready and delivered within 1.5 hours of my phone order. I thank Jennifer, the manager, the driver, and the whole crew for working so hard to accommodate my disaster! The food was excellent!
