We had our wedding welcome dinner here and it was a wonderful venue! It could accommodate 80 people comfortably and the food was delicious! Nikita met with us to select our food options and floor plan layout. They provided tables, linens and some table decor. She and her team answered many of our questions and were very helpful!

The food was really good! The staff were very nice. The portion sizes are in consistent though, with the desert being humongous. The veggie burger was really good. The salmon came with cranberry sauce. Overall a nice venue. Hope this helps!

The staff were very attentive and kept pace with the meal, very appropriate for the occasion. I ordered both the Apple Fest macaroni and a cheeseburger. The Apple Fest macaroni is definitely a must-try when you're in Ithaca, and you can try it here if you're not in town for Apple Fest itself. The burger itself was cooked to perfection, nice and tender! Very pleasant experience all around!

My wife and I got married in Ithaca in July 2022, and Coltivare was an amazing place to have our rehearsal dinner and day-after brunch. The food was incredible, and the service even better. Their events team was incredible thoughtful and responsive, and made both days a wonderful experience for all of our family and friends. They offered to curate a special menu for the dinner, and provided us with the entire wine cellar for the dinner, along with 1/2 of the banquet space for “welcome drinks.” For brunch, we were the only one’s in the building, and felt so cared for. We couldn’t recommend Coltivare enough for special occasions and private events. We look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing experience, the waitstaff was quick and attentive. The food was outstanding. I will recommend the Buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer, it will not disappoint! Their wine selection is very nice with a good selection of local wines. The price is also decent although not an every week price for the average person. Overall amazing experience!

Do yourself a favor and make this place part of your Ithaca experience! Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, I don’t trust restaurants up north that claim to offer “Cajun” food—I’ve been disappointed too many times. But let me tell you: Chef Patrick is the REAL DEAL. There’s soul in this food.
He’s infused the richness of Gulf Coast flavor into innovative dishes like the buffalo cauliflower. And when I ate his roux gumbo and shrimp and grits (topped with jumbo Gulf Coast shrimp and locally sourced greens), I felt like I was back home.
The place also captured the welcoming Cajun spirit and the service was fantastic. I’m only in Ithaca for two nights, but I’ve eaten here both nights. Give it a try. You’ll never forget it!

Great overall experience service/setting. NOLA shrimp and meatballs were good appetizers and my short rib was perfectly cooked. Mom found the bbq burger sauce a bit heavy, but my sister loved it! Cocktails good as well!

Very nice ambiance and menu. Lots of mixed drink, wine and craft beer choices. Food was delicious! Service was friendly and excellent. Great place which I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, tasty selections artfully plated in an inviting setting. Very attentive and friendly staff. Creative menu choices with delicious and unique flavor combinations. Street parking can be tricky, plan ahead.
