If you haven’t tried this place, then you are missing out. Amazing food, tremendous flavor and exceeded expectations a million times over. The honey walnut prawns are the best I have ever had and hat is my favorite dish. The sushi was impeccable. Full of flavor and spice. It was all perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
Let's start with the staff, it doesn't get any better anywhere! Chef Kim-San and Joe-San at the sushi bar, Brian the most attentive and gracious host and the bar and kitchen staff are without comparison, absolute pure harmony and exemplary hosts. The cuisine is PERFECT, I've never had anything here less than stellar. The freshness, the artistry in presentation and the thoughtfulness of proper timing is absolutely superb. I'm so fortunate to live in this wonderful community and so honored to have such a terrific group of people making our lives so welcomed and pleasurable. You cannot be better served, and please try to sit at the bar... it's a pleasure to watch the masters at their work.
Always friendly, fast and attentive. Sushi chefs are fantastic, quick and consistent. Pretty basic cocktail line up though they mix them strong. Prices are moderate and manageable. Rarely left here hungry and never disappointed. Located just around the side of the Regal Cinema with tons of parking, making it the perfect dinner a movie option.
Great selection of sushi which is our go to when we visit Chinoise. Miso soup is delicious and the salmon and hamachi nigiri are a must! The fried banana with coconut ice cream tops it all off wonderfully

Wonderful sushi! The salmon was particularly good. It's conveniently adjacent to the Regal Cinema, and we caught a movie afterward. Convenient, free parking for both (with free EV charging).
Always consistently great and their staff are above and beyond. The Ninja Noodles are a staple for my kids and I love their Pho and Caribbean Roll.
This is hands down the best sushi in Washington state. The service is quick and friendly and the fish is so fresh. If you sit at the bar you can watch them make the entire meal for you. It is quite a show and worth watching. I am picky about seafood and this place did not disappoint! I almost did not want to eat the meal because the presentation was so beautiful!!
