What a find! It's a little place on the side of the highway and sometimes they show up at street food markets, but it's definitely worth the hunt.
Onto the good stuff: the food. The menu is short but all the options looked amazing. We had a group of us go together so we got to try the Kay's Lilikoi and Spicy Volcano options with brown rice and seafood slaw.
The shrimp was done so well the tail and shell were still tasty! The seafood slaw and rice were also such a great counter to the spice in the Spicy Volcano and the sweet butter in the Kay's Lilikoi.
The spicy volcano, just amount of kick and heat but not overpowering, while the Kay's Lilikoi was just so sweet and tender made the shrimp just disappear!
Definitely check their schedule on social media but definitely make the trip/hunt for this food truck. It is a can't miss!

I think I'm addicted to the volcano shrimp. Seriously the best ever! With rice or as a salad, so worth it!!!
