We visited last week to snacks and sweet shop of chowpatty and we took few snacks items and varieties of sweet, we loved theirs pista barfi it's have same taste as what we get from famous sweets shop in Mumbai India, finding same taste we felt very happy, also kesar penda, paan filled kaju katli were good taste. Price ranges are different ranging from 16.99$, 18.99 $ per lb, snacks ranges from 5 $ packet to high as we decide what we want.

Great place for snacks, super fresh and delicious. We got the ragda samosa which is just average but the chole bature were super delicious and authentic punjabi flavor, you get the indian punjabi dhaba vibe with the interior. Do visit this place when in NJ.

We hired them for our wedding catering. Amazing food and amazing service. Fantastic. No complaints what so ever. All the guests complemented us on the food quality, flavor and freshness. I would give them a million stars out of 5..

Food extremely delicious but not satisfied with service. Ordered Punjabi Thali just coz it says Gujarati Dal on it as my father craves for their Gujarati Dal. But it wasn’t served and when asked they said it was a typo error on the menu which is not acceptable. Rather than reason they could have just served us with Gujarati Dal. They gave $3.00 off but money was not the concern.

Chowpatty is around a 30 odd mins drive from Jersey City. We went here on the recommendation of a friend to buy the heavenly combination of Jalebi Fafda and it was probably the best Jalebi Fafda we've had(in the US). So attention all the Jalebi Fafda lovers, do visit this place.

The sweets are pathetic, getting taste of oil instead of ghee. I don't know what they have used, I just threw all of them in garbage, don't try ever the barfee's. Mango barfee not tates like mango flavour, Very disappointed!!

This place is overpriced, and the food is not authentic. I bought a mixed plate ($9.99), a Raj kachori chat (9.50), a plate of veg. Hakka noodles (10.99), and two masala chais ($2 per cup).
The mixed plate barely had anything. The one samosa they gave was the size of those frozen Swad mini samosas. At least the filling of Swad samosas has some flavor. This platter also *only* provided three dahi puris—how is that enough?
The Raj Kachori wasn't any better. Realistically, it's worth $3.
The award for the worst dish goes to the salty Hakka noodles. They drowned it in soy sauce and nothing more. There was no flavor. Dear Chowpatty Sweets & Snacks, please consider watching Indo-Chinese street food tutorials on YouTube before you decide to serve these iconic dishes.
