Very impressed with the manager on duty, Alicia. She is kind, patient, and helpful to customers. She is a great leader; treats staff respectfully, is a team player, and enforces cleanliness & a positive atmosphere.

Ordered online received email letting me know order was ready for pickup. Arrived and order not at pickup area or anywhere in store. They then begin filling order and have to ask me what the order is. Then they would have forgotten cream cheese had I not been paying attention. My tip to them is to eliminate the "Tip" screen that always comes up while paying just focus on getting orders placed correctly.

I ordered a cup for tea and they failed to mention they had no tea. Slightly upsetting, okay. So I got a fountain drink. But my fountain drink was dreadfully watered down. Soda bibs weren't changed.
