Jack In The Box

Simple one item order. I even repeated it several times so I could be assured I would have ? I really wanted for a change. Get to my hotel. Surprise open my bag not even! So upset as I again said and repeated what I ordered. Remember it's only one item. While I pay her and she assures me it's correct and the total seems to reflect ? It's supposed to be I drive away. So I was exhausted hungry and defeated by a terrible day and ready for the only thing I thought I'd maybe be able to eat that day. And I couldn't believe it! I was so angered that I did in fact call the store after being in the restaurant industry for 30 yrs. I expected the manager would make some effort to offer a gift certificate or something to make things right ! Being a large chain like Jack In The Box and all! It's was never about getting an employee reprimanded or anything. It's was about Service and no matter how small an error it can have a big impact on someone. It's something that a professional in management in this industry is the top priority and why that position is required in the first place. It's no longer even a low paying job that someone might give sympathy and let those mistake pass. So to sum it up. I do not recommend this one! I was lied to. Treated with a total lack of Respect. Spoken to with total rudeness ! It was apparent I was irrellavant in this establishment! So I do not recommend this particular Jack In The Box!👎👎

Surprisingly good salads are a welcome change to the standard burger line up. They seem larger and more satisfying than the competition. Given that it is fast food, the quality of the whole menu holds up well. Service is consistently good and fast, especially in a now very busy take out world. Weekly visits or more with variety of the menu are perfect.
