Mcdonald's

My daughter and I visited this location after a long day and the customer service experience or lack of I should say made the day worse. They ended up giving me a large coffee instead of my large drink that I ordered that came with the meal. I had another order that needed to be finished and they also needed to get this order right so they asked me to pull up. Finally when I back through the drive-through because it was taking forever for them to bring my food. I let them know that they charged me for a large coffee and I did not order that. The lady gave me my change for the up charge and then I pulled up to the 2nd window because I asked for them to remake the fries that had now got cold.. They made the frost over and I ask for a free Apple pie for the inconvenience. The lady told me that she gave me free fries and she couldn't give me an Apple pie. I told her no those were not free fries I paid for the fries and because it took them forever to get my order right and I had to go back through the line and wait Those fries got cold so this was a remake. I told her the Apple pie was compensation for the inconvenience. So finally another guy came out and agreed to give me the Apple pie. I just feel like I shouldn't have to go through all that because of their mistake. I didn't even eat my Mac plant nor the Apple pie because I felt like they could have done something to harmony by spitting in the food or something. I will not be visiting this McDonald's again. They showed me how much they value their customers. Which is not at all.

Rude rude rude! Been served a burger with a bite taken out it. Not open till 12:00 am unless you're Mexican, everyone else it's 11:00 pm. Employees there except for one nice lady act as if you're inconveniencing them. Slow service. It's often they give back incorrect change. People shooting up in the restrooms. If they appear to not like you they play coy and slow with your order. Add a touch of racism and your at home. I'm surprised to not seeing white hoods over each of the Golden Arches. This is not the McDonald's I know. Bad for kids. I will no longer be eating here. You ought to be ashamed! I ordered 3 regular burgers and this is what they gave me. Don't eat hear. Food is served cold. If you want salmonella this is your stop.

Night shift is very rude, went inside to order and I honestly felt rushed out when clearly it was not closing time. There is an older lady with an ugly attitude honestly not coming back to this location sometimes is best to drive that extra mile even with these gas prices but at least get good service.

Order this mcondalds thru door dash. The original DoorDasher was delayed, so they had to find a replacement. Instead of waiting until the dasher arrived, this McDonald’s make the order at the time the order was received, so the food sat there for an hour before it was delivered to us. The sundaes were completely melted, the ice in all the drinks were melted, and all the food was super cold.

So we came when it was busy. Still, they were fast and kept the place clean. The dining area is really nice. The play place for the kids is small with a tree house theme. Which means not a lot of kids can play at once. But it wasn't dirty and they have 3 game stations. I think this place feels more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. I really like it.
