Mcdonald's

I can't believe restaurants are still closing an early evening because of a covid you need to start getting back to normal Pace here. But I went into this McDonald's and open up the app and went to go order my my food on the kiosk and somebody comes running from behind the counter and tells me that they're closed well McDonald's is open 24 hours and let me in and let me stay in there long enough to check out the the app and but when it came to actually placing the order they refused my order saying they are closed. I do not have a car and I'm a regular here. The thing is I think it's racial motivated cuz I was the only white person in McDonald's and I was told by a black lady but I was the only only that was told they were closed. Everybody else got to sit down and eat and I'll provide pictures to prove that. They totally unprofessional I'm going to post the story all over social media.

I waited by the door for 15 minutes before they opened the dining room at 7am. When they did open the dining room up, the manager said that I couldn't come in the dining room. They said that they would take my order at the door. But I had no clue what I wanted from the menu at the time. I asked to come in and the manager started to get upset with me. And eventually just locked me out

WORST LOCATION EVER!! Just drive a little more and go to the location on belt line and walnut hill. We did the self checkout and grabbed a table number like it said. We sat down and waited for our food like it said then I happen to look at the front and a lady very rudely signals me rolling her eyes that my food was ready. My husband went up there saying sorry we didn’t know we had to get it and she said “no one’s big on taking them here” ok let us know before? Just don’t come here. Our ice cream was already melted.

McDonald's at this location is extremely busy after hours. I had to wait 12+ cars deep in the drive through before I could order my late nite dinner. I generally don't eat at McDonalds unless I'm on a road trip. Tried and true. They don't make the best food, but it's always consistent in food quality and taste. That's how they got so popular. Uniformity!!! This is a 24 hour location. The food was good, Jack n the box next door had no cars in its drive through, this is a sign to stay away from it. McDonald's is killing it at this location!

They have a sign on their door that says they open at 7am. We arrived at 7:05am and the door was locked so we decided to wait, perhaps they were just too busy. The drive thru line was long. As we're standing there we could plainly see the employees briefly looking at us several times but not opening the door. We stood there for 15 minutes along with 2 other people. THE DOOR WAS NEVER UNLOCKED AND WE WERE NEVER APPROACHED BY ANY EMPLOYEE AND NO SIGN ON THE DOOR STATING NO DINE-IN. Everyone at the door all left at the same time, some cussing the employees as they sondered off.
