Is there a good reason why the price point in the cooler and on the shelf do not agree with the cash register? 7-11 stores are notorious for showing low prices on the shelf and in the cooler and the explanation from the employee is, "I can't change the price. They need to update the price tags. All I have is what is in the register." And, why do they not have coins to make change? Other stores do.

It's fine. The pizza is low quality, the hotdogs make you feel mildly I'll after eating them, the donuts taste like they were made partially with sawdust. It's what I expect for about $8.00 for all of it after sales tax. Definitely not what they'd like you to think, but it is what it is.

Obviously this company no longer cares about their customers. I have gotten no feedback on an earlier complaint. So after my second review someone from the company reached took my basic information and I haven't heard from them since. The 7-Eleven franchise has gone down the toliet.

It was closed at 0530! They open at 0600. Not what GMaps and 7-eleven website said. I simply went elsewhere. Not even a small loss.

I went to 7-Eleven on Forest Ln near Dallas Area Rapid Transit to use the restroom. They said that this is not a public restroom. You need to buy something first. And they also said the 7-Eleven headquarter told them so.

This store emailed me saying they gonna pursue to other clients,I have a patients related to Seven eleven in a facility home care idk what she’s doing there sick and needs help. I’m helping her improving the first time I see her she won’t talk but after weeks I manage to let her talk and said her family owns seven eleven I said a franchise of seven eleven which doesn't belong to her it’s just a franchise from her family. I quit because I don’t like how they treat patients there esp when they improve like a bad person it’s not right for amends. but honestly I DID NOT APPLY TO THIS STORE I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA NOT DALLAS!.This is respectable convenient store ok. Just even before you send email I wish you send it to the right person and this will not stop me for being in a customer service and as a sales person too and still continue to apply. Thanks for your time anyway.

This is not one experiance but a continuing issue since corporate bought the family that owned the Oklahoma City company out. Their service has gone extremely down especially since it seems a lot of the old employees that worked for the Browns in the stores do not seem to be working there anymore. 7-11 was my go to stop for gas and whatever because I did not like how OnCue back doored into the OKC market for Quip Trip but now I have no problems with that. ON a regular basis when I hit one of the stores they seem to be out of essential items on a regular basis and some examples are paper for receipts at the gas pumps, window washing juice at the pumps. Hand soap 9figure that one out), paper towels, and I stopped at one store for a pop and they were out of lids for the cups. The service from a good portion of the employees are not the greatest, the good things with all that is going on is that Cassey's has come into the metro area and built store and then bought out the nasty Circle K's so my choice for gas and convenience has gotten better and I do not have to depend on 7-11 as much.

Bad and careless customer service, gas pump is so slow and doesn’t work at all. Pump didn’t stop automatically and gas spilled all over on the ground. In store representatives are so rude.
