I ordered a 5 pc chicken dinner. It came out with an awkward breading on it and the pieces were slightly larger than the size of the tots and it was somewhere around the amount of 5 if you added them together. The toast was overdone on one side and underdone on the other. Gravy was awful and my frozen cherry limeade was not frozen at all

The past two times I have been to this location I have had issues. The first visit, it took them 5 different trips to my car to get my order correct. The second visit, I had to move stalls because they never answered the first one I was at. Then, I have had to wait more than 10 minutes to get 2 drinks.

Went this morning and asked for a large cup of ice. They said they can’t do cups of ice right now. But I could have a cup of iced water… went there again tonight. Waited 30 minutes for one meal and four drinks. Carhop was crying handing us of order. I’m going to start using a different location.

This place has overall been good everytime I come but I’m writing this review to say that we came in right before closing and our waiter Isaiah was awesome! Very kind and a quick worker! Give Isaiah a rasie for real

This happens a lot at this particular Sonic. The chili cheese dog was cold, the shake was watery, and it took a long time to get our food. I highly recommend the Sonic on Pioneer.

Took quite awhile for someone to take my order. Saw 2 cars arrive several min after me that had their orders taken before mine...also saw 1 vehicle leave probably because they were having the same issue as me. Food was ok, but the service definitely was NOT.

WORST customer service ever. I made 2 trips the other day just to get the right order (on my 30 minute lunch break). It took 30 minutes for my food to come out initially and it was cold and I needed to get back to work, so I had someone else go pick up my remake order. When they arrived they were gone another 30 minutes and said after they sat there awhile that they pressed the button and asked how long it would be before the order comes out, they ignored them and made the button solid red to where the person couldn't press it anymore. When they got back with the remake, their drink that they got from the first order tasted like carbonated water. I called to speak with the manager "Jessica" (i don't think that was her real name) she was very rude and non chalant and just held the phone and eventually hung up on me. I called back and got the corporate number and they gave a full refund. This place is ran by a bunch of silly kids. I wont be back, and since they wanted to act non chalant about my order that's why I acted non chalant about a tip 😌😏
