Subway

The place was dirty. Dirty bathrooms (toilets not clean, tissue on the floors, and foul odors and this was in both bathrooms), food on tables and on the floor. It was slow in the afternoon and there were 3 staff members there so there was no excuse for the place to be in that condition. And the manager was rude and had an attitude problem when he noticed me looking around and noticing the uncleanness. The staff was cussing with the customers in conversation and tending to their phone during the orders. 1 of them stepped outside to smoke a cigarette but you didnt hear him wash his hands before handling food again. Gloves are not substitute or alternative to washing hands. Definitely lacking customer service skills, professionalism, and sanitation. I've worked in the food industry for several years and this was just unacceptable. It appears management or the owners will hire just anybody. Hopefully the staff on other shifts provide better services and keep the place cleaner than these 3 guys did. Smh

Horrible service. We went at 7PM, hours before closing, and they were out of almost everything. The workers never greeted us, but we heard the woman working tell her co-worker that she would “deal with” us. They acted completely inconvenienced that we were there. The woman who made our sandwiches was extremely rude, gave us attitude, and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friend if he wanted to add cookies to our order, the woman went over to the cookies, dumped what was left on a tray and took them away. I guess she wanted to take them home for herself. We won’t be returning to this location.

I love me some Subway but not this one. I usually get a BLT and I know it's not on the menu but I've never had a problem at any other Subway. They charged me for BMT then added another $1.50 for the bacon, (and they were skimpy on the bacon). Are you serious! Never again will me or my family visit this store. BIG RIP-OFF!
